Larousse Gastronomique

A wedding present arrived a few weeks ago. BJ was pretty unimpressed. He can’t understand why all the presents are girly presents. First published in 1938 and last revised in 1988, Larousee Gastronomique one of the culinary world’s most familiar reference sources. And it makes a great door stop.
